The Deluxe Apartment GRIES welcomes you in a quiet location, 350m from the centre of Schladming. The Planai valley station is 750 metres away, Planai-West 650 metres. A ski bus stop is 200 metres away (Schladming-Lendplatz) and free WiFi is available in the accommodation.

You can use the private parking spaces free of charge.

We offer a bread roll service via the Steffl-Bäck bakery. The day before you can order until 5:30 pm/the next morning you will have your bread rolls at the flat.

You will find a restaurant and a grocery shop in the immediate vicinity in Schladming town centre. The nearest bakery is 120 metres away.

The cross-country skiing trails of the Ramsau-Dachstein region are 8 km away from the accommodation. An 18-hole golf course is 6.5 km from the flat. A public bathing lake is 10 km away. The Talbachklamm-Untertal hiking trail can be reached after a 5-minute walk.

From mid-May to 1 November, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the price. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, such as free use of the local cable cars and buses and free entry to the pools in Haus and Schladming. The card is valid from 13:00 on the day of arrival, throughout your stay and all day on the day of departure.
