Our house Davidbauer is situated in a sunny location with a marvellous panoramic view of the Planai and Hauser Kaibling ski mountains in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein region. Enjoy the peace and quiet here with us on the Birnberg and start your hiking holiday in summer.

In winter, the 4-mountain ski area is not far from our house.
Our lovingly furnished rooms are equipped with shower, WC, cable TV and balcony.

The hearty breakfast buffet with many regional products ensures the perfect start to the day.
Even the little ones won't get bored with us. In our recreation room there is a collection of games for young and old. The table tennis room, built especially for you, guarantees a lot of fun even when the weather is not so nice.

Spend an unforgettable summer holiday in a quiet, sunny location. With us, you start directly into the extensive hiking and cycling paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein region, numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation await you.
With the Sommercard, which is already included in the room price, you can use cable cars, toll roads, swimming pools and much more free of charge.

The Schladming 4-mountain ski area with 4 access points and 123 kilometres of pistes connects the Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm mountains. Numerous perfectly groomed pistes ensure almost endless fun on the slopes. In addition to skiers, tobogganing enthusiasts and ski tourers will also get their money's worth. The entrance to the huge Ramsau/Dachstein cross-country skiing area is also just a few 100 metres away.
