No matter how long you stay in Schladming-Dachstein - you should always make time for one thing: a visit to the Dachstein Glacier - at almost 3000 meters, the highest mountain in Styria. As you ascend in the panoramic gondola - either in the all-round glazed gondola cabin or on the airy gondola balcony - you can enjoy spectacular deep views.
