With a generous 200 m² of living space, the chalet offers plenty of room for up to 10 guests to relax and unwind. Newly built, it combines stylish comfort with alpine charm. Carefully crafted with great attention to detail and using high-quality, natural materials such as reclaimed wood, natural stone, and loden, it radiates a sense of tranquility, warmth, and authenticity.

The open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy tiled stove invites you to enjoy memorable moments with family or friends. For pure relaxation, the private sauna house with its own shower and WC is the perfect place. During the warmer months, the spacious terrace and garden offer a lovely setting for barbecues, while children can enjoy the private playground, try the slackline course, play football, or splash around in the nearby stream. A stroller-friendly forest path leads to a charming Kneipp facility just a few minutes away.

In winter, the chalet benefits from its prime location near the Hauser Kaibling valley station, offering direct access to the 4-mountain ski area. A ski bus stop is located just about 50 meters from the chalet. In summer, it serves as an ideal base for hiking, biking, and exploring the stunning mountain scenery of the Schladming-Dachstein region. The Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is included in your stay and offers numerous complimentary holiday experiences and discounts.

The chalet features four lovingly furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a TV in every room, free Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A ski room with boot dryers is available for your winter gear. Right outside the house, you'll find a carport for two vehicles, additional parking spaces, and an EV charging station (available for a fee). The ground floor is fully accessible and barrier-free.
