Castle Trautenfels
Tour description
From Trautenfels Castle, a short walk in the direction of Grimminghütte leads to the church ruins of Neuhaus: A testament to the underground Protestantism that persisted here for one and a half centuries starting from the strong Counter-Reformation around 1600. Even today, the highest density of Protestant Christians in Styria can be found in the Enns Valley.

SPACES OF FREEDOM
For You
- Find places within and outside the remains of the wall that visually convey a sense of freedom and strength.
- Then, take a firm stand at each place and stretch your arms in all directions (as if a large sphere were being filled around the shoulders with arms and hands).
- Stay at the "place of freedom" that is strongest for you. Let any thoughts that arise drift away into freedom.
For Groups or Families
- The Power Gallery – for larger groups: The group forms a channel or gallery. Starting from the back and alternating from the right and left side, participants walk individually through the gallery while everyone applauds. Once at the front, the persons rejoin on the right or left side from where they started.

- Finding and maintaining the right place for the present moment leads to general relaxation: muscle tension decreases, heart rate and blood pressure drop, and breathing frequency slows down.
- The idea of the "large sphere" around the shoulders as an orienting structure causes an increased stretching in all directions – including those that are serviced less frequently.
