Treat yourself to a holiday and enjoy some time off in a friendly atmosphere from the day of arrival to the departure. Our Pension Alpenbad, awarded with 3*** stars, lies in the holiday region Ramsau am Dachstein, in the midst of the impressive scenery of the Dachstein mountains. Take some easy-going walks along the well signposted paths, or access the cross-country trails and winter walking paths right at our house. Enjoy the breathtaking winter with gorgeous snow and slope conditions on the sunny plateau at an altitude of 1100 metres. Our top location in Ramsau Kulm is an ideal starting point for your summer and winter activities. Our 10 spacious and bright en suite rooms with a cosy sitting area, SAT-TV, and telephone offer all mod cons you could wish for during your holidays. Some of the en suite bathrooms have daylight. Additionally we offer 7 comfortable holiday flats in our next-door house, which is connected to the main house by a corridor. There are 3 types of holiday apartments: 4**** holiday flats from 40 m² for 2 - 4 persons, 55 m² for 2 - 6 persons, and 70 m² for 2 - 7 persons, all of which are perfect for a family holiday in the mountains. Each of the flats has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, and dishwasher as well as a tiled stove and a cosy sitting area with enough seating. The bathrooms have a shower and a separate WC. All rooms and holiday apartments have their own sunny balcony with views to the surrounding Dachstein mountains and the Schladming Tauern. On the furnished terrace as well as in the garden with a sunbathing lawn and a heated outdoor pool, you can enjoy the sun. Another great experience for our guests is the barefoot-path - designed for you by ourselves. Your children can play to their heart’s content in the play area. You are also welcome to use the free of charge wireless Internet access available in the entire house. Start your day with a large breakfast and help yourself to our rich buffet with fresh fruit, yoghurt, various mueslis, wholemeal bread, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses. Sweeten your afternoon with delicious cakes, homemade by your landlady, at our Café. In the evening, we prepare a 4-course dinner with regional and seasonal products. On demand, we also cook gluten-free and lactose-free meals. Guests in our holiday apartments are welcome to book with breakfast or dinner. In our well-being area with an inviting relaxation room, Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared cabin, water-tread-basin, heated bench, and waterfall shower, you can relax and unwind after an active day out hiking, cross-country skiing, or Alpine skiing. Discover a diversified walking and hiking paradise on three levels and explore the most beautiful places of the region with your Schladming Dachstein SummerCard. In winter, 220 km of well-groomed cross-country and skating trails await you, as well as 70 km of winter walking paths, toboggan runs, Kali’s adventure ski-runs, or a cosy sleigh ride with a stop at one of the many traditional mountain huts or farm houses of Ramsau am Dachstein.
