A warm welcome to our Landhaus Bellevue in Ramsau am Dachstein! Our house with 3 large holiday apartments is situated in a quiet location at the edge of the forest but still centrally in Ramsau Kulm. In summer, you find a walking area with a great variety of outdoor activities right on the doorstep: from gentle strolls up to high Alpine Via Ferrata tours at the foot of the Dachstein. The gorgeous winter walking paths as well as the 220 km of cross-country trails can be accessed right at our house. The next grocery, bakery, and restaurants are only 10 minutes away by foot from the Landhaus Bellevue. One of our holiday apartments with 68 m2 is on the ground floor. It has a terrace door to the large fenced garden with 100 m2, making it an ideal place for a holiday with a dog. Walking through the garden door, you have direct access to the close-by forest offering walking paths for extensive strolls with your four-legged friend. On the first floor of our house, you find a holiday flat with room for 2 to 5 persons. This flat has its own balcony with a beautiful view to the majestic Dachstein mountains and to the Ennstal valley. A separate entrance leads you to the third, light-flooded and in a modern way furnished holiday apartment with 58 m2 for 2 persons. From its kitchen window, you enjoy a unique panoramic view to the Dachstein that will fascinate you. The proper large and sunny terrace, with a cosy sitting area and a sun lounger, invites you to relax. All holiday flats consist of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a cosy dining corner, one or two bedrooms, a bright bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC. You are welcome to use the ski, boot and mountain bike storage room, the roofed carport for 4 - 5 cars, as well as our free of charge WLan. On demand, you can have fresh breakfast bread rolls delivered to your holiday apartment. The plateau on an altitude of 1100 to 1300 metres above sea level, is a true walking and mountaineering paradise. Besides the Alps’ first Via ferrata and even the longest climbing path, the Super Ferrata, you find numerous secured climbing possibilities in Ramsau am Dachstein.
