The “Arosa” apartment offers space for up to 6 people and is located on the 1st floor of the apartment house. The living area of 65 m² is divided into the following rooms:
- Entrance area with cloakroom
- Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen (4-ring electric stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge + freezer, Nespresso Tabs coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, extractor, combination microwave), dining table, sofa (also useable as a sofa-bed for 2 persons) and TV
- 11m² south-facing balcony with balcony furniture and mountain views
- 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV
- 1 master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer, radio and toilet
- Underfloor heating in the entire apartment
- 1 carport parking space in front of the house
- Ski storage room with ski boot heater
- Free Wi-Fi and cable TV
- Pets are allowed on permitted within an additional fee of € 15 per day and per animal.
