Appartment Theresia View of the Alps

The apartment Theresia is located on a beautiful and sunny mountainside with a breathtaking panorama view of the surrounding Alps.
The closest hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks are only 200m away from the apartment and you can start them right behind the house. 

From the end of May until mid October, the »Summercard« is included in each booking, which allows you to go on many adventures in the region for free.

The sunny apartment is located in a very quiet and small neighborhood surrounded by fields and mountain views. At dawn you can even observe deer coming close to the house over the fields and in summer there are cows grazing. 
You will hear the calming sounds of nature from the garden and when you get up early, you can experience breathtaking sunrises directly on the terrace or from the sofa in the living room. 
It’s an invitation for seekers of the quiet, nature lovers, adventurers and families.

A bus stop is located 100 meters away from the apartment. The bus will take you to the cable car station Reiteralm/Fageralm (skiing area Amadé), as well as Ramsau center. 
Ramsau, which is the closest town with 2 supermarkets, a farm shop and restaurants can be also reached by car within 10 minutes. It’s only 5 kilometers away.

Guests have access to the whole apartment through a separate entrance on the lower level of the newly built house.
Winter sport gear or mountain bikes can be locked in an extra room. If you have small children, we can provide a baby bed and a baby`s chair.
