Live like a legend – in the heart of Schladming. The four apartments of the Charly Kahr Family embody the spirit of the Austrian ski legend Charly Kahr. Hostess Daniela welcomes you directly across from the Planet Planai gondola station – in the best location for both winter and summer. Whether it’s 230 kilometers of slopes on the Schladminger 4-Mountain Ski Carousel or hiking and biking adventures: The cable car just 50 meters away takes you directly to the summit experience (including the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card).

The apartments for two to six people offer 55 to 100 m² of living space with one to two bedrooms, a spacious living area with a sofa bed (with mattress function, size 170x200), a bathroom (always with a separate WC), Wi-Fi, some with a balcony or terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit also features a modern infrared cabin. Our house also offers an elevator.

Thanks to the central location, the car can stay put during your holiday – a parking space is included, as well as a heated ski depot and in summer, a bike room. Supermarkets, swimming pools, bakeries, pharmacies, and numerous restaurants are easily reachable on foot. In the same building, you will also find the family-owned sports shop “Bründl-Charly Kahr” – ideal for high-quality (rental) equipment at special rates.
