Welcome to the apartmenthouse Finis on the sunny high plateau of Ramsau am Dachstein in the middle of the wonderful mountain world of the Dachstein and the Schladminger Tauern.

Centrally located in the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein, the apartmenthouse Finis in Ramsau am Dachstein offers you the best starting point for your varied summer and winter holiday.

The holiday in our apartmenthouse Finis is exceptionally private and is characterized by comfort, cosiness and our Styrian hospitality.

In our apartmenthouse Finis there are 2 apartments. The apartment Finis and the apartment Hansl. These are named after our grandparents who already at that time accommodated many guests in a small bed and breakfast.

The lovingly furnished apartment Finis is located on the 1st floor. The first floor of a detached house, captivates by the generous space offer with nearly 90 m² and offers place for up to 3 persons. A bright, open living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, cosy living room with tiled stove and comfortable living area with large windows and a separate entrance to the garden allow a wonderful view of the mountain massif. 1 bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with shower/WC as well as anteroom are at the guests'; disposal. In addition, the apartment has a separate entrance, its own parking space and ski and bikestoreroom.

The somewhat smaller apartment Hansl offers approx. 55m2 for 2 people, is also on the 1st floor of our house and has a bedroom, a kitchen-livingroom, a bathroom, an anteroom and an extra toilet. The southfacing balcony invites you to start your day outdoors with a leisurely breakfast. The apartment Hansl also has a separate entrance, private parking as well as a ski- or bikestoreroom.

For both apartments is it possible, on request, to book a further bedroom with own bathroom in addition to the apartment.

In winter, the cross-country skier's heart beats faster in Ramsau, our guests enter the perfectly groomed 220km cross-country ski trail network directly at the house. Skiers reach in only about 10 minutes to the ski region Ramsau, the Dachstein glacier or the famous Schladminger 4 mountain ski area with the Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. The ski bus stop is only 50 m from the house. The wide winter hiking trails as well as untouched landscapes also invite you to take a leisurely winter and snowshoe hike as well as a ski tour or horse-drawn carriage ride right outside the front door.

Also in summer there is a lot to experience, with about 1000 kilometres of hiking and biking trails, via ferrata, numerous water and family experiences as well as managed alpine pastures our holiday region shows itself to be versatile. Enjoy the ideal starting point, directly on the hiking trail, to the Silberkarklamm gorge, family excursion destination Sattelberg, Lodenwalke Ramsau, Königsetappe Ramsau as well as to numerous fixed rope routes. The Summer-Card is inclusive - with more than 100 attractions for free.
