If you are looking for a quiet, cosy place for your well-deserved break from everyday life, then you have come to the right place at Oberhausberg. Located in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein region, you can reach the ski mountains Hauser Kaibling and Planai in winter in 7 minutes by car. And we are also your ideal starting point for unforgettable summer experiences.

On 106 m² our holiday flat offers space for 2 to 8 persons. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living area (with pull-out couch for 2 persons), there are 2 separate bedrooms (for 3 persons each) as well as a bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet. Free W-Lan in the whole holiday flat. But what our guests especially enjoy is the wonderful view into the local mountain world of the Dachstein massif. In summer you can enjoy our terrace. Jacuzzi for our guests.

Winter guests can decide whether they want to enjoy the most beautiful slopes on Hauser Kaibling or rock the downhill runs on the Planai - our apartment mawa is only a 7-minute drive away from both top ski mountains of the Schladminger 4-Berge-Skischaukel. For cross-country skiers we recommend the Nordic centre of Ramsau am Dachstein (approx. 20 minutes by car). Away from the pistes you can have fun tobogganing, curling, ice skating or a horse-drawn sleigh ride. All offers are only a few minutes away by car.

Summer guests also draw from the full. Namely the full range of hiking, mountain and mountain bike tours in the Schladminger Tauern and Dachstein Massif.
