Welcome to our Apartment Iris, a newly built apartment for 4-5 people situated on the outskirts of the village Assach in the beautiful region Schladming-Dachstein.
It´s a 5-minute drive to the nearby located Ski Resort Hauser Kaibling, the first entry of the Schladming 4-mountain ski complex, which links the 4 largest Styrian ski mountains – Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm.
At our place you will find a cozy and rustic little holiday home with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped breakfast kitchen with TV, a balcony, a modern bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The apartment offers everything you need for a recreative holiday time.
In addition, we offer our new Troad box "Seinerzeit" for 6 people with 2 bedrooms (each 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom (towels, shower towels, hairdryer), toilet, eat-in kitchen (with electric stove, microwave; coffee maker, fridge, dishes, detergent,).

- Take the free ski bus or take the car to reach the nearby located Ski Resort Hauser Kaibling, which is the first entry of the Schladming 4-mountain ski complex, where you find always a free parking area
- The ski area Planet Planai you will reach in about 10 minutes by car.
- Cross country ski tracks are offered at Ramsau - the Eldorado of cross country skiing with about 220 km tracks – accessible in 15 minutes by car.
- Take a sleigh ride or use the winter footpaths starting at our pretty village
