The apartment Royer is located in the holiday region Schladming-Dachstein. With its location not far from two entrances to the 4-mountains ski area and the hiking area, we offer the perfect place for your holiday. Our spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with shower / WC, satellite TV, hairdryer, a living room with dishwasher and tiled stove. Towels and bed linen are available on site. In the summer you will soon reach a large part of the hiking trails in a few minutes. Discover the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region with all its facets - theme walks, family hikes, high alpine tours and leisurely walks await you to be explored. A total of 20 biker outings, 930 kilometers and more than 25,000 heights were developed for Bike-Lover. In addition to the longest downhill park in Austria and the crispy Uphill and Downhilltrails, you can also enjoy idyllic cycling routes such as the Enns cycle path. With the bus stop in front of the house you can reach two entry points of the 4-mountain ski area in a hand rotation. Enjoy almost unlimited and top-prepared slopes. Whether Hauser Kaibling or Planai, in the Schladming-Dachstein ski area, is the right choice for everyone. Even off the slopes, our region has a lot to offer. Toboggan runs and ski tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides and the cross-country ski delta Ramsau bring variety into your winter holiday.
