The Schladming-Dachstein holiday region stretches between the Dachstein, the Schladminger Tauern and the Grimming. In winter, the Schladming 4-mountain ski area with 123 kilometres of pistes offers unique skiing fun, complemented by family ski areas such as Galsterberg and Fageralm as well as Schneebärenland with Planneralm and Riesneralm. In summer, numerous hiking trails and via ferratas invite you to explore, from leisurely tours to challenging summits. A varied weekly programme offers snowshoe and torchlight hikes in winter, pony rides, herb hikes and much more in summer. Top events such as The Nightrace provide special highlights throughout the year.
