Our house is located in the centre of Schladming which is the perfect base to explore the region in all its variety. For spending quality time with friends and family, for being active, or to just for doing things for which you otherwise never have enough time. Like doing nothing, for example.

There are at least three reasons to cheer for our penthouse studio: the 40 m2 studio is on the top floor. Its ceiling is up to four metres high. And this setup just screams for a loft bed. So we put one in. For the young and the young at heart.
