Glaciers are individuals and have character. They “live” and they disappear. The Salzburg filmmaker Nicole Baier spent 10 years documenting the glacier retreat on the Stubacher Sonnblickkees, accompanied the glacier professor Heinz Slupetzky in his measurements, who has been researching “his” glaciers for the last 57 years, and thus created an impressive document on the consequences of climate change in the European Alps.
