Digital Sommercard: 

  • Your Sommercard host will send you a link to your digital Sommercard in the Schladming-Dachstein app or you can scan the QR code of your analogue Sommercard in the app.
  • The Sommercard can be digitally presented and scanned at all Sommercard attractions.
  • It is possible to digitally save all Sommercards of a family on one device.

Frequently asked questions regarding digital Sommercard

Yes, the app including the digital Sommercard also opens without an internet connection. If there is a bad internet connection the app will take a long time to load. If this is the case we recommend switching off the internet or turning on the flight mode for faster display. 

If you already have very low battery, you can transfer your Sommercard to an other smartphone (e.g. a fellow traveler) in the Schladming-Dachstein App at any time. If it is not possible, please contact our hotline on +43 664 535 88 99. They will be happy to assure the Sommercard service provider that you have a valid Sommercard. 

If you registered in the Schladming-Dachstein customer club in the app, your card will be linked to your account. If you log out of the account your Sommercard will disappear. If you log in again, the digital Sommercard should be there again.

The digital Sommercard is linked to only one smartphone. If you are using a new one, please contact our hotline at +43 664 535 88 99 or write an email to sommercard@schladming-dachstein.at. We will unlock the digital sommercard for you so you can scan the cart again or we send you a new QR code. 

There are many different reasons why you didn’t receive an email. Make sure you entered the correct email address, you have an internet connection, your inbox isn’t full and the email is not in the junk email folder. If you checked that and the email is still missing, please contact our hotline at +43 664 535 88 99 or write an email at sommercard@schladming-dachstein.at

If you activate the cards directly after receiving the email, you may have to wait a few minutes until the digital Summer Cards appear in the app by clicking on the "Activate Summer Cards" button. 

If the cards do not appear in the app after a longer period of time, please contact our hotline at +43 664 535 88 99 or sommercard@schladming-dachstein.at. 

Please make sure you clicked the second button in the activation email. With this button every digital Sommercard will be transferred to the app. If that does not work please contact our Sommercard Team.  

Please contact your accommodation, they will change the email address so that you really receive the activation email.
