The EUROPEAN STREET FOOD FESTIVAL has been on the road throughout Austria since mid-November 2015 and has already welcomed around 3 million (!!) enthusiastic guests! There is no comparable tour project in Europe. The EUROPEAN STREET FOOD FESTIVAL has set new standards for street food. The variety and selection of different dishes as well as the quality of the freshly prepared food is unique.
Behind the concept is show producer and catering professional Jochen Auer and his team at Stage Culinarium Catering GmbH. Stage Culinarium has been catering for the crème de la crème of the international show industry for over 20 years. Stage Culinarium has now carried out more than 4,500 caterings and its illustrious list of references includes superstars such as the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Depeche Mode, Pink, Metallica, Lady Gaga, Black Sabbath, KISS, Guns n'Roses, Justin Bieber, Elton John, Iron Maiden, STS and Andreas Gabalier, as well as thousands (!) more.
Jochen Auer is also the producer of Europe's most successful tattoo show - the WILDSTYLE & TATTOO MESSE and an absolute professional when it comes to organizing shows, fairs, markets and festivals. Over the past 30 years, Jochen Auer has produced and organized over 2,500 events and around 600 trend fairs throughout Europe and has now been on the road with his Wildstyle & Tattoo Messe for 29 years.
More than 2 million visitors make Wildstyle the undisputed industry leader for tattoo events throughout Europe!
"Delights from around the world" is the subtitle of the European Street Food Festival.
And this slogan is experienced and lived by both the organizers and the visitors during the festival weekend!
Dozens of food stalls, exhibitors & chefs, food trailers & trucks from all over the world offer delicacies from all over the world at the EUROPEAN STREET FOOD FESTIVAL. Whether Mexican, Norwegian, Indian or American burgers, boiled or grilled, vegetarian or vegan, mini donuts, waffles, crêpes or, of course, delicacies from local kitchens, all of this is offered by the many exhibitors from Germany and abroad and - as is usual with street food - freshly prepared for visitors on the spot!
Visitors stroll from stand to stand and treat themselves to one small bite after another, enjoying dishes from all over the world one after the other, so to speak... And all this in their - more or less - own homeland! In addition to the usual delicacies, the highlights naturally also include unusual recipes and exotic delicacies!
Appetizers, soups, snacks, snacks, main courses and desserts - whatever your culinary heart desires!
Gourmets and those who want to become gourmets, from young to old, will be delighted by the wide range on offer!
In addition to the large number of high-quality food stalls, drinks of all kinds are of course also on offer.
STREET FOOD has long been an integral part of many of the world's major cities - in fact, street food has long been as much a part of everyday life in many countries as going to a restaurant is in our part of the world.
With the EUROPEAN STREET FOOD FESTIVAL, this trend is also making its way into Austria and spoiling visitors with delicacies from all over the world!
