Discovery tour in the forest for children
JUFA Donnersbachwald
This one-hour discovery tour with/for children takes place in the forest nature sports area. Natural materials are collected to make something out of them. Or, creative games are played in the forest.
Health aspect:
The uneven forest floor and overcoming obstacles challenges and strengthens the muscles. This strengthens the cardiovascular system. In addition, the different shades of green and the natural sounds of the forest have a calming effect on children and increase their ability to concentrate.
