Tradition and customs are upheld in the Gröbminger farm store.

From 16 January to 07 February, the traditional Fleischkrapfen are baked, by the farmer Maria Lemmerer.
The meat doughnuts, prepared from rye flour, are filled with smoked meat and baked before Lent. They are served with sauerkraut. Every Tuesday and Saturday.
