Ski-In Ski-Out at Hauser Kaibling – NEW since May 29, 2026

Welcome to a place where stories are written in the mountains.
Where simplicity feels like luxury, and every detail comes straight from the heart.

We’re not a hotel – and that’s exactly what makes us special.
At over 1,000 meters, authentic farm life meets homemade cakes, vintage charm meets solid wood, and alpine serenity meets a playful wink.

On the sunny “Dirtler Edge,” we’ve created a retreat for those who seek more than just a stay:
Space for encounters. Moments of indulgence. Time to slow down.

Our new apartments? Full of character.
Our breakfast café? A meeting point for true connoisseurs.
And everyday life? It can stay down in the valley.

Here, in the heart of nature and right on the ski slope at Hauser Kaibling, you’ll find a place that feels like home – without unnecessary frills, but with plenty of soul.

We believe in the power of simple things:
A warm smile. A fresh slice of cake. A good night’s sleep in real wood.
Not luxury – something far more precious: a feeling that lasts.

Our world is a little vintage, a little quirky – but always genuine, warm, and full of charm.
Because when you feel good, you share the story. And that’s the most beautiful story of all.

We can’t wait to welcome you.

With love,
Daniela & Josef
