Cozy vacation apartment on a beautiful horse ranch with a breathtaking view. My small ranch is located in a completely quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests in the heart of the magnificent Schladming-Dachstein region. Directly at your doorstep, you will find stunning landscapes with cross-country ski trails and wonderful running & hiking paths.

THE LIVING SPACE: I offer a 2-room vacation apartment, consisting of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. The living area features a cozy sofa, which can serve as a second bed for one of the two guests (However, there is only a separating curtain between the bedroom and the kitchen-living area). The apartment is located on the ground floor.
ACCESS: My guests have their own fully furnished vacation apartment with private access available. The terrace offers wonderful views. I am happy to personally welcome my guests. During your stay, I am readily available for any questions regarding the apartment or the Schladming-Dachstein region. Since I live in the same house, I am easily accessible.

Schladming is known far beyond the national borders as a top ski region. Just 1.5 km from my ranch, you will reach the unique Schladminger 4-Mountain Ski Swing (Hauser Kaibling-Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm). Also nearby is the Schladming indoor pool, the cross-country paradise for Nordic athletes in Ramsau, and the year-round open Dachstein Glacier. For spring, summer, and autumn vacationers, the region transforms into a paradise of hiking trails, mountain biking tours, and climbing opportunities. Peace, health, and refreshment can be found at the Kneipp facility in the forest located within 1.5 km, as well as at a bathing lake. Additionally, the Schladming-Dachstein golf course (designed by Bernhard Langer) is located 4 km away. The ranch apartment is situated between Aich and Haus im Ennstal, close to all important points in the region. Schladming is only a 10-minute drive from the ranch. The nearest airport is Salzburg, which can be reached in approximately 1.25 hours. The ranch is easily accessible by car. Directly in front of the house, a parking space is available for you free of charge.
