Tour description
As a moor lake with an area of approximately 13 hectares, Lake Putterersee has various depths and excellent water quality due to its moorland subsoil. Its diverse lighting moods are as multifaceted as human moods! Pioneer trees such as birches, as well as moor and moss landscapes and the picturesque mountain backdrop characterize it. Here, the water "carries" the earth. The earth feels like a sponge. The moor surrounding the lake was formed over many thousands of years from the transformation of organic substances. It contains healthy healing properties from the earth. These properties are primarily circulation-promoting and metabolism-activating, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving, and muscle-activating.
The direct connection between water and earth at Lake Putterersee can be felt during an idyllic walk around the lake. The many benches also invite you to relax.
THE RESONANCE EXERCISE
LYING WATER "8S"
For You
- From a good position on the shore, draw lying "8s" in the air with your hands and/or arms: getting smaller or larger, synchronized or counter-synchronized.
- Gradually increase the strength of the lateral swinging movements.
- To increase the intensity, the entire upper body can swing along with you. Observe your natural movements: your body speaks to you in resonance!
- Stay in balance together with confidence: Stand side by side, inner feet firmly on the ground, touching at the outer edge.
- Shake hands and hold on tight.
- Slowly and evenly stretch your upper bodies to the sides. As you now try out the lateral tilt positions and the forces of gravity, the outer legs stabilize.
- Every tiny movement of one person is immediately noticeable to the other and causes (gentle) counter-reactions!
- First, perform the lying water "figure eights" individually, then in a circle, work from the initially different forms to a common "figure eight" form and speed.
- To progress: run through each other as a group and, in brief moments, develop a joint "figure eight hand dance" in pairs facing each other.
- Switch regularly and without comment after about 1-2 minutes and be surprised by the rapidly successive differences in energy and execution of the "figure eight hand dances"!

- Opposite movements from left and right also activate the interaction of the left and right hemispheres of the brain and improve concentration.
