Natural swimming pool Pürgg

The picturesque swimming pool is located at the gateway to the Styrian Salzkammergut and the popular destination of Pürgg in the Schladming-Dachstein adventure region.

The natural pool was built in 1966 with the generous support of the local community. Even back then, the catchment area for bathers included not only Pürgg and the nearby villages, but also guests from the tourist sector. After a complete renovation, the bathing area and restaurant now shine in their current, modern style.

Due to its unique location, the view, and its proximity to the hiking trail network, the Burgstall climbing garden, and the Trautenfels Castle State Museum, a day off is often combined with a visit to the Pürgg natural pool.

The natural pool has three swimming areas: a children's paddling pool, a non-swimmers' pool, and a sports pool.

The open-plan guest room, measuring approximately 62 m², offers the possibility of hosting smaller events and meetings alongside regular pool operations. The sun terrace invites you to linger and enjoy the outdoors.
