Tour description
Enjoy fine Styrian delicacies in a cosy atmosphere – the Landgasthof Bierfriedl in Michaelerberg-Pruggern is widely known for this. The country inn has been awarded the ‘Gute steirische Gaststätte’ seal of approval for its hearty Styrian cuisine and refined hospitality. Products from local farmers, such as Ennstal mountain lamb, game from the surrounding forests, Ennstal cheese specialities and fresh seasonal fruit form the basis of the cuisine. Why not try the ‘Ennstaler Kassupp'n’ soup? Fine à la carte menus and vegetarian delicacies are also on the menu. Speciality weeks throughout the year, such as ‘Martini Goose Week’, ‘Game Weeks’, ‘Autumn with the Farmers' Wives’ and many more, make every visit a culinary experience. Selected Styrian top wines and beer specialities from the nearby brewery in Schladming round off the offer. Schladming-Dachstein Genusspartner: This establishment is a Schladming-Dachstein Genusspartner and undergoes regular quality control and origin assurance for the food it uses.
