The generous garden with garden furniture invites you to relax on a sunny day.

Schladming is world-renowned for its breathtaking ski slopes. Just 5 minutes by car, you can access the entry to the 4-Mountain Ski Swing at the middle station of the Planai-West cable car. Furthermore, in just a few steps, you can reach the ski bus stop, from where you can regularly travel to the entry of the ski slopes on the Hohwurzen in Rohrmoos or the Planai in Schladming. In addition to alpine skiing, the romantic Untertal also offers up to 15 kilometers of cross-country skiing trails and picturesque winter hiking paths, which are located in close proximity to the house and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot or by car or bus. For your convenience, there is a storage room for skis, as well as a boot dryer.
