The group hikes through woods, meadows and gardens and learns about seasonal and regional medicinal plants and herbs. In the meantime, the effects and health aspects are explained. The collected medicinal herbs are then processed into health-promoting products such as tinctures, juices or ointments.
Health aspect:
By learning about seasonal and regional medicinal herbs, health literacy can be increased by using the herbs yourself to strengthen your health or alleviate ailments. True to the motto: helping people to help themselves.
All 5 senses are activated by the gentle walk in nature, by inhaling the essential oils, by collecting and processing the medicinal herbs: seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching. This has a positive effect on your well-being.
- Price for adults: 45€
- Price for children 5 - 14 years: 15€
- Minimum number of participants: 5
- Maximum number of participants: adults 10, children/young people 8
