Evangelische Kirche Schladming
The singing group of the Schladming Adult Education Center will sing traditional folk songs and new songs from various regions of Europe at the traditional May Singing: May 5, 2024 at 7:30 pm in the Protestant Church in Schladming.
Under the direction of Burghilde Wieser, melodies and choral movements by Johannes Brahms, Hugo Distler, Hubert von Goisern, Lorenz Maierhofer, Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, Sepp Ortner, Hedi Preissegger and Max Reger, among others, were rehearsed.
Richard Huber, diatonic harmonica, Linda Sakalosova, flute and Reinhold Schmid, guitar, will perform under the name Flömonie.
The interplay of harmonica and flute gives this folk music ensemble a unique, fresh sound. The flexible flute blends well with the harmonica and is rounded off by the soft accompanying guitar.
A wonderful listening experience!
Heike Starchl and Hannes Gruber will be doubly involved. They will not only sing in the choir, but also perform as the
trac theater group and read texts.
You can look forward to a varied evening.
