The "Mental Roas" is a workshop for personality development in the middle of nature. Experience with the certified mental trainer and zert. Hypnotist Andy Seebacher a very special journey through the wild and romantic Wörschachklamm gorge, where you can get to know yourself better and thus draw new strength and life energy.
- Start of the hike: Gorge entrance
- Tour length: 4 km
- Vertical meters: 654 - 915 m
- Duration approx. 4 hours
- Directions: Well secured, narrow gorge path. Wurzelsteig in the beautiful high forest
- Stations: 12 power places with mental topics and exercises
- Equipment: sturdy shoes, rucksack with snack and drinks
