Baking bread at the Troger Mill
Trogermühle
Experience the path from grain to bread at the only intact mill in the Sölktäler Nature Park.
You will learn how grain was grown, milled and baked into bread in earlier times. During the foam grinding you can observe how the mill works and how the grain is ground into flour. Then bake your own bread in the stone oven. A small forest and water playground shortens the children's waiting time until the wonderfully fragrant pastry comes out of the oven and can be eaten.
