Routebeschrijving
From the starting point, first cycle along Coburgstraße to the roundabout, take the first exit into Langegasse and continue to the next roundabout. At the second roundabout take the second exit and continue along Langegasse onto the Ennsradweg. Follow the signs for R7. After crossing the Enns, turn right into the Linke Ennsau and follow the path along the railway tracks for about 2.5 km until the next Enns crossing. Cross the Enns and drive through the Hauser district of Lehen. Then cross under the main road and follow the path for another 500 metres to the Hauser district of Oberhaus. Continue along the path, after 2 km you have reached Haus im Ennstal. Shortly after crossing the Kaiblingbach, turn left into Badgasse and follow the cycle path through Langegasse. After 600 metres the Enns is crossed again, then the path runs along the railway tracks again. After approx. 1.2 km you reach Weißenbach. Cross the level crossing and enter the village of Weißenbach. Drive through Weißenbach and turn right behind the chapel and continue to follow the road. After about one km turn right into Knerzlweg. Follow this road for about 2 km until you reach the village of Aich. Drive through the village and cross the Enns again. Just before the railway crossing, turn left and follow the road along the Enns. After about 2 km before Assach, turn right and continue along the Ennsradweg. After about 2.5 km you reach the village of Pruggern. Turn right and ride about 100 metres over the Steiner Landesstraße, then turn right again and continue along the cycle path. After 2 km you reach Moosheim. Cross the village along the cycle path and turn right shortly after the crossing and turn left again shortly before the chapel. Follow the cycle path for another kilometre to Tunzendorf. Then turn left and ride for approx. 100 metres over the L712 and then rejoin the cycle path. Follow the cycle path for 3 km, then turn left and continue along the path along the L712. After 1.5 km turn right and continue along the railway tracks through the village of Bach and then through Edling. After 2 km cross the village of Öblarn and follow the cycle path for another 3 km to Niederöblarn. Turn left at the crossroads by the chapel and ride out of Niederöblarn, then turn right and continue along the Ennsradweg. After 7 km, briefly leave the cycle path and turn left twice before and after the bridge to Irdning. 400 metres further on, turn left again and rejoin the cycle path along Trautenfelserstraße. Follow the cycle path for another 2 km to Trautenfels. The Bike & Hike station is located at the fish restaurant. Return along the same route.

Follow the A10 to Altenmarkt. There join the B320 and continue in the direction of Liezen. At the Schladming exit, turn right at the Jet petrol station and follow Coburgstraße to the Planai car park on the left.
From Graz:
Follow the A9 to Liezen. There join the B320 and continue in the direction of Schladming. At the Schladming exit, turn left at the Jet petrol station and follow Coburgstraße to the Planai car park on the left.

Equipment
- Always wear a helmet and appropriate clothing.

- Watch out for traffic at crossroads and road junctions!
- Be considerate and give way.
- Avoid blocking the rear wheel and thus help to maintain the paths.

The right bike: mountain bike or gravel bike with studded tyres, racing bikes are not recommended.
Breakdowns can happen - but rarely at the doorstep of one of the numerous service points: a basic kit of tools and accessories therefore never hurts! Spare inner tube and/or repair kit, universal spanner, air pump, brake and shift cable, as well as a screwdriver can never hurt.
