In the workshop, the basics of archery are introduced and tested "hands on". Movement sequences, mental processes, breathing and focus, muscle memory, material science and safety in handling the equipment are all part of the workshop.

In today's hectic everyday life, archery with its meditative elements and the training effect on little-used muscle groups offers an optimal balance. A guided introduction to the subject offers you an overview of the wide field of archery.
