Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch

After a successful project start in June 2019, the Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch will also be available in winter for the first time this year. Since December 2019, winter sports enthusiasts in Schladming-Dachstein have been able to enjoy top-class cuisine at various huts. 

Dish of the Rittisstadl in winter 2019/2020: 
Styrian pumkin noodles with pumpkinseed-oil pesto and full-flavored cheese

With the dish we recommend our Almkulinarik wine: 
Sauvignon Blanc DAC "Arte Styria" 2018 from the winery Elsnegg
Spicy, full of finesse, fine nuances of gooseberries

Einfach gut

Wie bei vielen Hütten der Region, muss man auch hier sagen es passt alles. Freundliche Bedienung, auch für Kinder werden Änderungen ohne Aufpreis gemacht und der Kellner ist immer für einen Rat oder Scherz gut. Toller Blick auf den Dachstein.

Wir sind dieses Jahr das erste Mal den neuen Märchenweg hinaufgestiegen. Sehr anspruchsvoll, aber durch die Waldwege und den damit verbundenen Schatten sehr empfehlenswert. Viele schöne Märchen die vorgestellt werden. Für Lauffaule oder ältere ist der Bus der jede halbe Stunde fährt eine super Alternative um hoch zu kommen.
