The Waldhäuslalm, nestled in the beautiful landscape of the Untertal valley, is a perfect destination for the whole family.
Especially in summer the big adventure playground for children offers endless possibilities, while the adults enjoy the culinary highlights on the sun terrace.
In winter, the Kristallloipe cross-country ski trail passes directly by the inn, but you can not only get to the Waldhäuslalm on foot, cross-country skis, horse-drawn carriages or snowshoes, but also comfortably by car.
After a successful project start in June 2019, the Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch will also be available in winter. Winter sports enthusiasts in Schladming-Dachstein have been able to enjoy top-class cuisine at various huts.

Alpine Curling
The Waldhäuslam in Rohrmoos-Untertal offers an illuminated curling rink, which is perfect for an excursion with friends, family or company parties.
There is a charge for using the ice curling rink.
Order your Glühwine, Glühmost or fruits tea to keep warm on the ice track.

In summer
The Untertal attracts with innumerable possibilities to enjoy your leisure time. The Waldhäuslalm itself also has a lot to offer: In our own trout pond, young and old can test their fishing skills.
An absolute highlight for children is the large adventure playground with its own area for small children. Starting with various swings, the big slide from the small barn to the pedal boat. The playground also has its own racetrack with electric cars, a stable where you can get to know the farm animals better and a football pitch where football fans can play a match. Every Tuesday there are special afternoons for children.
Also those guests who just want to enjoy the view and the nice weather while having a good meal will find what they are looking for.
In winter
The Waldhäuslalm is the perfect place to spend a day away from the hustle and bustle of skiing in winter.
In winter, the Kristall cross-country ski trail leads directly past the inn. You can reach the Waldhäuslam not only on cross-country skis, on foot, in a horse-drawn carriage or with snowshoes (snowshoe rental), but you can also park comfortably right outside the front door. The illuminated curling rink invites you to have a game and the animals of the alp are happy if you visit them in the barn.
The road to the Waldhäuslalm is cleared and the public bus also runs regularly.
