Equipment: high mountain boots with good profile sole (no sneakers), backpack with rain protection, plenty of non-alcoholic beverages, snack, fruit (we can only stop after the tour in the Kleinsölk), medication (which you must take during the day), sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, possibly cap) T-Shirt to change, walking sticks

We take the hiking cab to Moosheim to the Michaelerberghaus (1,203 m). From here, trail no. 23 leads steeply on a path through the high forest and via trail no. 23 to the Loskögerl (1,548 m), a beautiful panoramic mountain. We continue to follow this path directly to the summit of the Kochofen (1,916 m). Surprisingly beautiful is the view to the Gumpeneck, to the Sattental, to the Dachstein chain and to the 12 church towers from the Enns- and Sölk valley.
After an extensive rest and our traditional summit greeting and entry in the summit book - possibly with a suitable saying - we hike downhill into the Kleinsölk valley.
