  Payment terms:

  To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount. This must be paid into our account at the time of booking. The outstanding amount is due 30 days before arrival at the latest. If your arrival day is within 30 days, 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. You will find the bank details of our account for your payment on your booking confirmation. Please state your name and invoice number as a payment reference.

  Cancellations:

  The 50% deposit at the time of booking is refundable only if the cancellation is made within 10 days of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total amount plus VAT. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. With the current price list, all previous prices lose their validity. Subject to changes.

  Please understand that we cannot accept bookings that are within 7 days of your arrival date.
