Advent season in Schladming
From November 24 till December 24, 2023 verything will be under the sign of Christkindl and his helpers. Conveying Christmas anticipation, just like it used to be. Childlike stomach tingling, Christmas scent in the nose, Christmas songs and texts in the ear and Styrian delicacies for the palate, much love, art and homemade for the heart! A claim that the Schladminger Bergweihnacht has more than lived up to for years.
Advent on the Talbach
One of the highlights of Mountain Christmas is Advent on the Talbach. In addition to punch, great food and radiant Christmas stands, various exhibitors in the area of the Talbachschenke captivate passersby with their homemade creations and products.
Advent Magic in Talbach Gorge
On 26 November and 09 December 2023, this untamed gorge will once again be radiant in all its pre-Christmas romantic magic.
The hiking trail alongside the Talbach will feature magical lighting effects, musicians and singers as well as storytellers.
Advent at the Schladming Town Museum
If you're looking for Christmas spirit, you're sure to find what you're looking for in the "Bruderladenhaus" - between 350-year-old wooden walls, in a cozy and homely atmosphere, you can marvel at the impressive "Pachauer Nativity Scene" - a traditional Schladming nativity scene and a former nativity scene from the Catholic parish church of St. Achatius - in the museum .
