The guests especially appreciate the exceptionally quiet and sunny location on the sunny side of Schladming. The Planai Valley station can be reached by car or by bus (bus stop directly in front of the house) in about 5 minutes, as well as the centre of Schladming in about 15 walking minutes. The complex offers three apartments each for 2-5 persons, which are perfect for several families or a group of friends. Each apartment has its own spacious terrace with views of the Planai and Hochwurzen. The interiors of the apartments are very modern, comfortable and equipped with lots of love. In winter, the house offers a lockable ski storage room including a ski boot dryer. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV complete the offer.

Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming; Take the exit "Schladming Mitte" – and turn left at the next crossing in direction Ramsau (Ramsau-Schladming). After 100 m you turn again left into the Hochstrasse – directly after the black house called Blue Tomato. After 200 meter you can see on the right side the apartment house Leeder – after Hotel Tauernblick.
