Benedictine Admont Abbey – Library & Museum

Museums

On the occasion of its 2018 anniversary celebrations entitled “800 Years of the Graz-Seckau Diocese – showing the future”, Stift Admont represents one of five stations across Styria that constitute this exhibition project. Just recently, presumably the oldest piece of writing in the German language, the “Abrogans”, was found at the abbey. This, as well as other sensational finds, can be viewed at this exhibition!
