Running

Easy and short running routes, a mixture of paved, forest and gravel paths. Due to short distanes and minimal vertical gains, they provide the best conditions for beginners and casual runners. The paths do not pose any particular technical difficulties such as exposed roots and rocks.

Easy Trail

Idel for enthusiastic runners wanting to expereince trail running for the first time, featureing gentle up- and downhills on various surfaces. Distances are roughly 10 km, while the technical difficulty of these runs is something the average athlete can handle.

Medium Trail

Technically challenging trails, in some cases through alpine terrain with substantial vertical gains. With distances up to 25 km, you should already have some trail running experience in your legs. On these routes, you should also bring along basic equipment (backpack, hydration bladder, first-aid kit, GPS, energy bars, rainwear).

X-treme Trail

Exposed single tracks in high-alpine exposed terrain with significant gains. At distances from 20 km to over 40 km, only for runners in good physical condition with alpine experience. Appropriate equipment as well as good tour planning are indispensable.
