To get your circulation going, you have the option of warming up on cardio touch ergometers and consuming a few calories at the same time. Cardio-Touch means that the heart rate is measured directly on the ergometer handles or optionally from the chest strap of a heart rate monitor and shown on the display of the respective device. Various programs such as interval, endurance and pulse-dependent training enable you to achieve different goals. Then nothing stands in the way of a unit on the fitness machines. "Range of Motion" (R.O.M) guarantees you quality equipment of the latest technical and medical standards. These machines are designed for rehabilitation training after injuries as well as for strength training.  

When visiting the gym for the first time, please ask for an appointment for a briefing with a trainer! From the purchase of a 3-month ticket, the instruction is free of charge. 

Indoor tennis court: 
Three indoor tennis courts allow you to enjoy the highest quality games. The tennis courts (carpets with rubber granulate) offer plenty of space behind the baseline. The playing comfort can only be increased with the two light intensities that can be controlled separately for each court.

Outdoor tennis courts: 
In the outdoor area of our hotel there are two artificial lawns with sanded tennis courts.
