Oxenalm in Donnersbachwald
Right in the middle of the Riesneralm ski area, the Oxenalm is there for you. In winter you can take a break and in summer a hike or bike tour. The team around Christoph and Susanne Gürtler spoils you in a cosy atmosphere in the rustic hut or outside on the sun terrace.
In the kitchen, great importance is attached to the processing of regional products and many dishes on the menu still originate from grandma's cookbook. But it is not only the well-known dishes that are served on the plates of the Oxenalm. The Burner on the menu is currently a goulash in Asia style. A dish created together with top chef Richard Rauch as part of the Schladming-Dachstein Almkulinarik. Very recommendable!

Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch
After a successful project start in June 2019, the Almkulinarik by Richard Rauch will also be available in winter for the first time this year. Since December 2019, winter sports enthusiasts in Schladming-Dachstein have been able to enjoy top-class cuisine at various huts.
