Alpine Curling

Alpine curling (also called ice stock sport) is a popular sport in the Alps. The folksy sport is similar to Olympic Curling and liked by locals and guests of all ages. There are several curling lanes available for you for a game in and around Schladming.

Ice Climbing

Discover the exciting sport of ice climbing. This introduction session is made for everyone who wants to get an insight into this icy winter sport.

Alpine School Dachsteinguides offers 2 sessions per week at Talbachklamm gorge in Schladming.
Also kids older than 12 years can try out.

Equipment: winter clothing, gloves, tuque/cap, sturdy footwear!
N° of participants: a maximum of 5 persons per mountain guide.
Costs: € 120,00 for 1-3 persons; each additional person € 35,00. price includes rental equipment (climbing harness, crampon, pickaxe, helmet)
Meeting point: Schladming, on the viewing platform at the entrance of Talbachklamm gorge, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 pm

Registration with the tourist office Schladming or after 4:30 pm also directly with the mountain guides of Alpine School Dachsteinguides. Registration until 2 pm on the day of the session at the lastest.
