GenussRegion Ennstal Lamm & Ennstaler Steirerkas
Regionality is important to us: The GenussRegion initiative ensures you get local products of the best quality. The holiday destination Schladming-Dachstein consists of two of these GenussRegionen - the 'Ennstal Steirerkas' and the 'Ennstal Lamm' were recognized as a Genuss Region in 2013.
The lambs of Ennstal are at home on the hilly fields and mountain meadows, living on the best grasses and herbs.
