World Ski Championship 2013 in Schladming

For overall two weeks, during the 2013 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Schladming, thousands of fans and athletes were celebrating an unforgettable event.

Thus the “ski-festival with heart” was far more than a sporty fight for medals.

Between 20.000 and 40.000 viewers of the individual events created a fantastic atmosphere which turned the World Ski Championships into an event of superlative. 70 broadcasting companies communicated the impressive pictures right from the holiday destination Schladming-Dachstein to more than 500 million television viewers all around the world.

For now, the World Ski Championship 2013 is over, BUT Schladming-Dachstein is prepared and looking forward to continuously host events equal in popularity.
