Mountainbike Festival
From 3rd to 6th June 2010 the Mountainbike Festival will take place in Schladming.
Discovering our mountain world and alpine countryside from on horseback is a memorable experience and grand adventure all at the same time.
The region offers practically everything: beginners' lessons, treks in the open countryside, a separately designated "Horseshoe Tour" (bridle path through the Schladming-Dachstein Region) and even an exciting trekking tour from one alpine hut to the next.
Riding stables are located throughout the Schladming-Dachstein Region, providing a glorious setting in which to enjoy equestrian sports without a care in the world.
So, hop up in the saddle and ride off into the distance, with something new to discover around every corner. Riding stables and indoor arenas, equestrian stores and local businesses that offer horse-drawn carriage rides, all add the perfect finishing touches to this paradise for horse lovers.
