In the research workshop, visitors can become completely absorbed in the fascinating world of our tiniest living creatures and observe small aquatic animals they have collected magnified 100 times. An intriguing experience for the whole family!

Attractions for visitors: A walkable ecological footprint – awarded the Austrian Climate Protection Prize 2012, and barrierfree theme trails “Lettmair Au“ and “Leierweg” – incl. loan of powered wheelchair equipment at the Weidendom! The entire Weidendom area is barrier-free! Family interactive path “The Wild John” with many rest points and play opportunities (May to October).
