Each apartment spans 85m² and includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living-dining area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a south-facing balcony providing a fantastic view of the "Finale Grande" slope of the Reiteralm. The comfortable and homely atmosphere within the apartments, coupled with the prime location right at the foot of the Reiteralm, make these apartments a hidden gem for skiers, winter enthusiasts, families, and friends.

Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time one day prior to your arrival! Please give us a call 30 minutes before your arrival.

KEYS For your stay, you will receive the following keys:

Key for the apartment Key for the main entrance door PARKING One parking space per apartment is available right in front of the house!

WASTE MANAGEMENT We kindly ask you to separate the waste and dispose of it upon departure. You will find the waste room with containers for residual waste, organic waste, glass, paper, and plastic on the right-hand side in the carport in front of the house. Please ensure proper waste separation.

SKI AND BICYCLE STORAGE You are welcome to store your skis and ski boots in our sports shop during your stay. Bicycles can be stored in the hallway on the lower floor.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out by 10:00 AM We kindly request that you leave the apartment in proper condition (empty the dishwasher, dispose of waste).

KEY RETURN Please return the keys to the owner upon departure.

SETTLEMENT & PAYMENT If you have any outstanding amounts or additional services, you can settle these during check-out. We are happy to assist you with the settlement.

From Germany, via Salzburg to the exit Knoten Ennstal/Graz on the highway (A 10), then 18 km on the federal road (B 320) to Gleiming/Forstau/Reiteralm - just before Schladming; From Vienna towards Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn-Autobahn to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Gleiming/Forstau/Reiteralm, about 5 km after Schladming; From Vienna on the highway to Semmering, then expressway and highway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Gleiming/Forstau/Reiteralm, about 5 km after Schladming; From Italy, coming from Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the exit Knoten Ennstal/Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the highway, federal road B 320 to Gleiming/Forstau/Reiteralm, just before Schladming;

Exit Gleiming/Forstau/Reiteralm - Reiteralm Valley Station. Turn here, cross the bridge, and then turn left immediately after. At the end of the road, turn right. After 20 meters, you will see on the left side the Reiteralm Living apartments (Haus Intersport Gerhardter).
