Winter barbecue in a class of its own at the Krummholzhütte

From 09.03.2024 to 23.03.2024, everything in the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region will revolve around the best of beef in culinary terms. Under the title "Snow & Beef", the tourism region in cooperation with ARGE Rind, an association of 30,000 cattle farmers, and the AMA Grill Club is organizing the enjoyable beef week for regional gastronomy and "Hüttenkulinarik".

On Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 10:30 a.m., the winter barbecue festival will take place at the Krummholzhütte as an opening event with live music "Through & Through". On this day, the well-known grill master Thomas Wieser gives tips about cooking times and prepares steaks and other beef specialties fresh for you. There is also a wine tasting!

Gastronomic enterprises of the vacation region such as restaurants, huts and hotels let in March 2024 tasty offers flow around the AMA quality seal beef into the menu.
In addition on Saturday, 09.03.2024, on the Krummholzhütte at the Hauser Kaibling and on 23.03.2024 in Schladming on the uncle Willy's hut, a wintry grill celebration takes place.
